Harvard Professor Apologizes For Threatening To Sue Restaurant

The Harvard Business School professor who threatened to sue a Chinese restaurant for overcharging him apologized on Wednesday. Sam Edelman was charged $4 more than the online menu for the Sichuan Garden in Brookline advertised. After contacting the restaurant, which explained that the online menu was outdated, Edelman cited Massachusetts statute and threatened a lawsuit.
